There are several ways to stay in touch on what’s happening with St. Stephen’s Armenian Elementary School.

The FACTS Family Portal is an online collaborative tool to facilitate communication between St. Stephen’s Elementary School and families.

This easy to use tool allows you to access:

• Latest announcements
• Letter from the principal
• School calendar
• Report cards
• Photo Galleries
• View & verify your family’s information
• School Registration

How to Upload Documents to the Student Portfolio for Families

 

Two Important Points to Start

1. Any waiver, release, acknowledgement, or other form should be signed by a parent (or in the case of an annual physical – a doctor), scanned as a pdf, prior to uploading to the Student Portfolio.

2. Use this protocol to name the pdf document, e.g. 2024-2025 Name of Student Field Trip Release

 

Steps for Where and How to Upload Documents to the Student Portfolio

• First log into the Family Portal

• On the left hand menu bar, scroll down to “Student” and click the down arrow.

• Under “Student” scroll down to “Portfolio” and click.

• See the section Portfolio with a list of types of documents that can be uploaded.

• Select the document type you plan to upload, e.g. “Field Trip Permission,” “Media Waiver, “Annual Physical,” “Handbook acknowledgement,” etc.

• In the upper right hand area, see the blue “+Add button” and click.

• Follow the instructions to upload from there.
