The PTO organizes events and activities for the students.
These events strengthen the school community, raise funds, and provide programs to benefit all students. We also host events that are open to the public (i.e. Halloween Party, Adult Evening Social). We welcome you to join our group and support our events!

The Health Committee at the SSAES provides active leadership in the identification and dissemination of best practices in school health and resources for the school’s policymakers.
We discuss and recommend proactive measures to help prevent the spread of contagious diseases at the school and promote good health practices such as hand washing, flu vaccines, and healthy diets.
Over the years, we have revised the sick-child policy and formalized the lice-check policy. This year we will be talking to the students about hygiene in a fun and interactive setting! We are available to help with overseeing the food allergy policy and welcome any questions from our parents on school health-related issues.
