Ways of Giving

There are many ways to support St. Stephen’s Armenian Elementary School. SSAES is a tax exempt, non-profit organization, recognized under §501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (ID# 04-2458391). Gifts are tax deductible as allowed by law.

Donations can be made online or over the phone with a debit or credit card, via check, as a gift of stock, as a direct IRA distribution, or through planned giving. Once your gift is made, please ask your employer to match it. Your gift in any amount is appreciated at any time. Thank you!

Online Giving and Giving via Credit or Debit Card

The easiest way to give is online using our online donation form or by calling the SSAES Treasurer’s Office 617-926-6979 x109 with your credit or debit card information.

Make your check payable to St. Stephen’s Armenian Elementary School (SSAES) and mail to: Treasurer’s Office, St. Stephen’s Armenian Elementary School, 47 Nichols Avenue, Watertown, MA 02472

Matching Gifts

Matching gifts amplify your donation’s impact. Employers often have a matching gift program. Contact your human resources office to learn if your employer matches charitable contributions and how to submit your donation for a match.

Stock Gifts

St. Stephen’s Armenian Elementary School (SSAES) also accepts gifts of stock. Inform your broker the amount of the gift, type of stock, and number of shares. Ask your broker to contact the Treasurer’s Office (617-926-6979 x109) for how to transfer stock to SSAES.

IRA Required Minimum Distributions

If you are 73 years of age, a gift from your IRA made directly to St. Stephen’s Armenian Elementary School (SSAES) will qualify towards your annual IRA required minimum distribution.
