day11_1

This morning we visited Gomidas Vartabed’s museum. The museum was big and had different halls, that talked about different things that Gomidas has wrote, and played (instruments).

After learning about what he wrote and played, we went onto seeing famous pieces of art that popular artists have drew each one looked different based on the artist, and it also started about Gomidas’ 6 students who were also intelligent. It is amazing how he would listen to Turkish song and translate them into Armenian, then sings it at his concert. We sang one of the songs that Gomidas wrote (Gakavik).
