Today, we saw the first tank to enter Shushi. The tank was enormous. It was built in 1972. We took the tank from the Azeri Army. We took tons of pictures. Then, we went to plant trees in Berdzor. There were ten 10th graders helping us while we planted the trees. After, we visited the trees that St. Stephen’s students had planted in the previous years.

Finally, we rode on the Longest Areal Tramway in the world. It was 330 meters off the ground. It took 11 minutes to arrive to the Tatev Monastery. The Boghos Bedros church was built in 906. They kept more than 10,000 manuscripts there. The monastery used to be a university that created manuscripts and miniatures. Although it was raining and was very cold, we enjoyed the beautiful scenery and took pictures. As soon as we took the tramway back, we had lunch at the Tatever restaurant.
