Tuition is an essential component of our annual budget, supporting over 85 percent of our annual expenses. We continually strive to balance affordability with the costs of implementing our outstanding educational program. We are excited about the investments we are making in our school so that our students are receiving an outstanding education which fosters critical thinking and a strong sense of Armenian identity.

St. Stephen's Armenian Elementary School desires to make private school a more affordable option for families. Therefore, we have implemented a tuition model that provides tuition discounts to all families with multiple children enrolled in the School. Families with 2 or more children enrolled at SSAES will receive a $400 tuition discount for each additional child.

The Registration Fee is $300.00 (non-refundable) and is Payable at the time of registration. (Includes snack for Nursery Grades). A late fee of $50 will be added to the registration fee after June 1. There is also a $200.00 fee for school supplies.
Parent volunteers are vital to the success of our wide range of programs. There are many ways that you can become involved at St. Stephen’s Armenian Elementary School. We encourage you to contact the PTO or contact the Principal to learn more about available volunteering opportunities. We have opportunities both during the day and after hours as well as tasks that you may be able to do from home. No deed is too small!
SSAES offers a need-based financial aid program for (N-5) families that meet generally accepted requirements that have been broadly applied by similar schools nationally.The amount of financial aid available is limited.The school uses an outside agency, “School and Student Service for Financial Aid” (SSS), who determines eligibility for the need-based award program.The National Association of Independent Schools administers the SSS program. This program is designed to provide an objective measure for a family’s means to pay tuition.

Sibling incentive grants of $400 are awarded to each additional sibling of a student that also attends the School.
Staff incentive grants are awarded to each child of a school staff attending St. Stephens.
Options for Payment
There are three options for payment:
- Monthly - Payable the 10th of each month. (The last payment should be made by March 31)
- Payable at the beginning of September
- Bi-Annual - Payable at the beginning of September and the beginning of January.
YOUR CHILD/CHILDREN'S TUITION SHOULD BE PAID IN FULL BY THE END OF MARCH OF THE CURRENT SCHOOL YEAR.
